Policy and guidelines on the management of examinations and processing of results

Abstract

This Kyambogo University policy and guidelines on the management of examinationsand processing of results-2025 is hereby adopted to: (a) Provide a binding institutional framework for the fair,effecient, and transparent conduct of all examinations and related processes (b) Define the roles and responsibilities of all internal and external stakeholders involved in the examination life cycle, including academic staff,students,invigillators,external examiners, and technical personnel (c) Establish quality assurance mechanisms to ensure the validity, security, and consistency of examination outcomes.
