The specific objectives were to analyze the impact of supplier training programs on delivery quality at Delight Uganda Limited and to assess the impact of financial support on delivery quality at Delight Uganda Limited, and to evaluate the impact of technology transfer on product quality was to investigate the impact on the quality of Supplied exclusively in Enjoyment Uganda. This study used a cross-sectional survey design with a quantitative and qualitative approach. The study population consistent of 128 of his Delight employees, consisting of general managers and employees of the finance department, agronomists, marketing, production and inspection departments, procurement and input suppliers. An evaluation of categories with very small populations was performed using simple random sampling, and a census was conducted on the categories with a large sample size. During the data collection process, a structured questionnaire was used along with an interview guide. Analyzes were performed using a linear multiple regression model to answer the research hypotheses. The study showed that the supplier training program had a significant and positive impact on delivery quality for Delight Uganda Limited (β=0.757, P-value <0.05). The model results indicated that financial support had a positive and statistically significant effect on delivery quality for Delight Uganda Limited (β= 0.231, P-value < 0.05). The study also showed that technology transfer had a significantly positive impact on Delight Uganda Limited's delivery quality (β=0.109, P-value <0.05). She concludes that supplier development has improved the quality of supplies at manufacturing company Delight Uganda Ltd., despite some obstacles. It affects a lot. The study's recommendations suggest that suppliers should be better trained to ensure better quality supplies. Suppliers of manufacturing company Delight should be provided with more workshops, seminars and field work trainings. The study also found that suppliers of Delight Uganda Ltd. should be given more financial support.
